The Personnel Ministry Team is appointed by Council annually and consists of two Elders, at least one member from the congregation at-large, and pastors. This ministry team is responsible for assisting Council in its responsibility for the persons employed by the church and to provide counsel and support to the pastors and the staff. Key responsibilities include the utilization of the Personnel Policy Manual, staff contracts, periodic reviews with each staff member, and encouraging professional development and opportunities for growth for church staff members. In addition, this team is responsible for assisting Pastors and their families during transitions (arrival, orientation, and departure.)
