The TUC Early Learning Center (ELC), for children ages 3-5, offers a general climate of freedom and a community atmosphere that is friendly and supportive. The essence of the program is concerned with the development of the whole child, fostering their growth according to Christian principles. The atmosphere is non-competitive and conducive to creativity, taking initiative and developing social and learning skills.

Key responsibilities include ministering and providing support for the parents of children enrolled in the Early Learning Center program as well as the Director and teachers.

Volunteers are needed to provide newcomer orientation for new families, to coordinate projects and fund-raising activities, and to provide liaison with ELC teachers.
