WHAT DO WE DO?
The Ministry is important in fostering fellowship and Christian growth for the children and young adults in TUC. Christian direction and service to the church are emphasised. Junior and Senior Grade High School students are focussed on as their needs are met through LOGOS programmes and activities. A vital aspect, apart from the regular social events such as lunches, and  outings is the regular gathering in smaller groups in Tokyo. Here, we can focus on individual Christian growth and become more intimate in prayer and bible study. 

WHY IS THE MINISTRY NEEDED?
TUC provides a welcoming environment for worship but it is essential to provide an extra dimension to young people wishing to become closer to Christ's world. By sharing views and time with other young Christians, a more fulfilling Christian walk is had as concerns and joyful experiences are shared.

WHAT GOES ON?
We aim to provide a relaxed environment where young people at any stage of their Christian life can get together in fellowship and develop friendships that we hope will be  long-lasting and fulfilling. A number of leaders in the group hold weekly or bi-weekly meetings at their homes or at church which anyone at any stage is welcome to join.

HOW REGULAR ARE THE ACTIVITIES?
There is a monthly group meeting of leaders and anyone who is interested.There is also a lunch after one of the Sunday services every month. This is normally held at El Torito in Aoyama since the numbers of attendees has swollen in recent months and they are one of the few restaurants able to cope with the demand. Depending on the small group you wish to sign-up with, the meetings are either weekly or bi-weekly. We are not concerned about the number of people in the group rather than what is acheived from the meetings.

YOUTH MISTERY NIGHT: Due to several conflicts with school calendars, the Oct. 27^th Youth Mystery Night has been cancelled. We will have a lock-in on November 3 from 7pm until November 4 at 3pm. If you want to come, please sign up with Pastor Mandy or Lynette Lee. Cost will be ¥1000. Please bring a snack to share.

YOUNG ADULT GROUP BIBLE STUDY: Wednesdays, at 7:30 pm in Murton’s home. See Pastor Mandy for a map. This week we will meet at the flower stand near El Torito’s at 7:25 pm to walk to the Murton’s home.
