Registration

A one-time, non-refundable payment of 135,000 yen is to be paid upon acceptance to the school.
Annual Development Fee

An annual payment due May 16 or upon enrollment.
Program Costs Payment can be made either in one payment for the entire year, or term by term. Please note that as of the 2007 – 08 school year we will be going to a two term system. If for some reason this poses a problem please contact the school office. Payment deadlines are as follows:

Payment

It must be made in YEN by check, bank transfer or cash. For bank transfer, please make the remittance in the CHILD’S NAME and provide the ELC office with a copy of your receipt. Payment is net of charges. Remit to:

Remit cash or check payments to the Director or his/her Administrative Assistant in the Early Learning Center office on the fourth floor. If making payments during school term vacations, please call in advance.
Withdrawal Attendance for a period of two weeks or more constitutes the entire term. For attendance of less than two weeks, 25% of the term program cost is charged. In the case of withdrawal when the annual program cost has been paid for in advance, a full refund will be given for the unattended terms. Advance notice in writing of plans to withdraw is required for consideration of any request for a refund. There will be an administrative fee of 10,000 yen for all early withdrawals.
Financial Assistance Program cost assistance is available to members of the international community who find payment a hardship. A Financial Assistance Application form can be obtained from the Director. All financial assistance application information is kept strictly confidential.
