Returning to the earth, how can one be of use within the disabling constraints of the human body? ... after all, how can there be light without dark? |
|
We reincarnate between this world and the other world to attain enlightenment through soul training. There are many obstacles which we must overcome for soul training in life. In fact we confront and feel many difficulties, pains, and darkness. When we overcome these difficulties, our souls develop and grow up spiritually with joy. If we walk in water of a swimming pool, we must feel resistance of water, but we can step forward. Similarly, when we are overcoming obstacles with pains, our souls are growing up and our guiding spirits help from heaven. Buddha will never give us difficulties which we can not overcome. And I add that we often are stuck in difficulties in life, but many of them result from desire for something meaningless. Light and darkness are relative. So, when we change our points of view, we sometimes become free from difficulties and find light of Buddha. If you learn the law of cause and effect, the darkness around you will disappear.

I do have a question for you... I read that when we die we go back to our guardian angels in a different dimension. Each time we are reborn a new angel comes to earth from the group. Is this taught in Kofuku-no-Kagaku? |
|
The thought of reincarnation is popular in Asian religions. Some other religions preach that our souls are born from the other world and that our souls go back to the other world after death. But no other religions teach us about reincarnation definitely and clearly such as Kofuku-no-Kagaku. Especially, you cannot find the concepts of brother/sister souls and stages of love('love others, nurture others, forgive others') except Kofuku-no-Kagaku. A famous mystic of 17th century Emanuel Swedenborg wrote about layers of the other world, he must have known the dimensions of the real world. But no one has told about the concept of brother/sister souls, till Master Ryuho Okawa began to preach. Jesus Christ preached the significance of love, but he did not refer to the stages of love nor the relationship between the stages of love and enlightenment. No one but Master Ryuho Okawa reveals that the existences of which we call 'gods' or 'goddess' are higher spirits who once have been born on the earth and now stay in high dimensions. Gods, angels and evil spirits, the difference between them are the stages of enlightenment they have got. In accordance with their enlightenment, they belong to different dimensions of the other world. And also, he reveals that God( or ultimate god) who created the universe is the heighest consciousness of 20th or higher dimension.

Can guardian spirits in a different dimension talk with you? A strange thing happened one evening. Before I fell asleep I told my "guardian spirit" that I was going to live by the eightfold path. I also apologized for being lazy lately. Then, at that moment right before you fall asleep I felt like they were speaking to me. I sat up in bed immediately after it stopped. I had the warmest feeling.........Maybe I was dreaming. Do Buddhists have guardian angels?......... |
|
I suppose you are correct. Probably, one of your brother/sister souls spoke to you as a guardian spirit. Because you made your mind to live by the eightfold path and you apologized for conduct, your gaurdian spirit made contact with you. Whether we are aware of or not, our gaurdian spirits always take care of us and send us inspiration. If you mean that THEY spoke to you, I do not know what happened, because, in the generality of cases, ONE of your soul sisters works as a guardian spirit. Even if you hear some spirits whisper in your ear, listen carefully what they say, because in some cases evil spirits intend to replace gaurdian spirits and insinuate something which corrupts you. Anyway, I think most important thing is what we think and do and that we shall be grateful to our gaurdian spirits.

I am inquiring about the knowledge and use of "TRUE" magic. I have been very unsuccessful and it is discouraging me. Recently I have learned about the "dimensions" And some how i feel that , that is a step in the right direction...... |
|
The only way to resolve your unsuccessfulness and discouragement is making resolutions. Those who feel unhappiness often embrace their unhappiness unconsciously as if those feelings are their own dooms. As far as you do not break with your past, nothing will be changed.
For instance, some of employees or workers always complain about their low wages, working hours and working conditions. But they would not try to develop their faculties and change their jobs. Why don't they make decision to improve their conditions? Don't they believe in their own ability? I think that they do not have courage or, in spite of their dissatisfaction, they are unconsciously content with their present positions. I wonder they have proper confidence. On the other hand some of workers enjoy their job not because of their wages and working condition but because they are able to work for customers and make customers happy. The knowledge about truth is very helpful for you, but I am afraid, no matter how much knowledge you may obtain about truth, knowledge is almighty for you to make you happy. What kind of person will you be? I would like to ask you, do you truly want to be happy? Don't you embrace your unsuccessfulness somewhere deep in your mind? What do you think the real meaning of self-realization for you is? Make efforts to give love others! When you take the giving-love position without reward, you will be saved. But if you give love others, expecting reward from Buddha(God) and for the sake of your happiness, you will not be saved. Making decision to take the giving-love position is the most important things to make you happy and push away your feeling of unsuccessfulness. Truth is felt to be miraculous for me rather than magic. Keep positive thinking. If you feel discouraging, you have a chance to utilize positive thinking. Because if you are aware of your discouraging, it means your subconscious mind is open to the surface of your consciousness. When you feel discouraging, you have a chance to shoot off an arrow of positive thinking at your subconscious mind and turn your mind into vigorous. To think positively is different from to think of positive thinking. Be careful in this difference. What are successful men like? Many of successful men know if their minds focus on their past failure they feel fear, get timid and do nothing. They know well that disappointment call devils into their own minds. In reality they have hopes and wishes in their minds as the same time they are prudent. They are courteous, merciful, wise, courageous, and virtuous. Please, have confidence in your mind and be ambitious for lofty ideals.

I have been a practitioner of psyonics and of witchcraft and haven't had any luck in either of the fields. I want an art that is fullfilling serious and meaningful. |
|
Happiness is a status of your mind. No one but your soul knows whether you are happy or not. There is no art that fulfill your heart but practicing the four principles(four fold path) of happiness; love, knowledge, reflection and development.
Any magic will never fulfill you. Do you believe that God will help those who deal with witchcraft? Those who are interested in paranormal things are apt not to keep harmony with others, but to be lonesome. They are often intent on comparing their superhuman abilities with those of others, though others will not pay attention to them. Some of them are even indifferent to the community they belong to. Though they do not feel loneliness, their soul at the bottom of their heart must feel loneliness seriously. In the other world there is a sphere those who stay alone after death. But it is not the major heaven, but the minor heaven. Happiness mainly depends on the relationships with others, not on what you learn about the paranormal. If someone appreciate your knowledge of the paranormal, you maybe feel glad. But its feeling is temporary and soon you will be depressed. When we imagine the status of a person's happiness, what kind of person will be happy? He must be loved by neighbors and he behave as a leader of his community. It depend on his character, not on his knowledge or his special abilities. It is very difficult for everyone to become honest in his/her conscience. But we should cultivate our mind. They say even if you can do superhuman things it is more important for you to make most use of it.

I am an avid Christian who wants there to be a Utopia on Earth. But does the Buddist beliefs conflict with Christian beliefs to make a Utopia impossible for Christians to reach? |
|
We are not going to conflict with Christianity. We have the aim to unify various kinds of religions on earth, and we are establishing the world-wide religion for the people of next some thousands years. For that purpose, we do missionary work prudently and cautiously but in a hurry.
We assume there is a kind of lifetime of religion. We think traditional religions have got old fashioned and lost their power to save people. Buddha's(God's) truth never changed throughout history, but backgrounds when and where Jesus and Shakyamuni preached have changed. So we need a new religion, and God has sent so many angels onto the earth in order to reform wreck religions and, once a few thousands years, one of the Greatest Saviours is sent on God's mission. It took more than one thousand years for Christianity and Buddhism to become the world-wide religions. So I admit it will take so many years until Kofuku no Kagaku becomes the world-wide religion. We admit Jesus Christ was one of the Greatest Saviour who was sent onto this world on God's mission. As a prophet, Jesus Christ received messages from the high spiritual existences. Unfortunately, among them were there intolerant words by an ethnic god. Then Christianity has two face. Christians have preached universal love that is the reason Christianity has been spread world-wide, on the other hand Christians have not been tolerant and caused the Inquisitions and conflicted other religions and sects. While Buddhism have been so tolerant and generous, it has been accepted by cultures around Asia, and has never raised religious war or conflict between sects, but it makes difficult for us to define Buddhism. We believe reincarnation that is once written in the Bible before it was refined in 4th century through the Councils of Arles, Nicaea and Constantinople. According to the thought of reincarnation, sometime we might be born in western country as a Christian, and some other time we might be born in an eastern country as a Buddhist. Then people do not have to conflict with each other because of different religious faith. Any way, wether we will become world-wide religion or not depends on whether we manage to save people or not.

I found your home page very interesting and would like to know more information about you and your paradigm. Would you mind telling me about yourself? |
|
I went to a kindergarten managed by a Buddhist temple, where I used to recite sutra and listened to preaching every morning. I remember children would talk whether they could attain Enlightenment in future or not. I could not understand the meaning of Enlightenment but it sounded something lofty and noble. In later
years, when I read Buddhistic tales in books, I found many of them I knew. I am sure I must have listened to those tales in my childhood.
When I was six years old, our family moved and I do not know why but I began to go to Catholic Sunday school in the neighborhood. I wondered which is greater Gautama Shakyamuni or Jesus Christ, what is Buddha and what is God, where is Buddha and where is God. I used to go there for six years and listen to preaching every Sunday. I wonder why I kept going there, but I learned what is the religious faith. When I was twelve years old, I was advised to be baptized and I knew the time had came to leave the Sunday school. In my early teens, I encountered Marxism. I thought the dialectical materialism was truth. In my late teens, I was interested in existentialism and the history of philosophy. In university, my subject was law but I studied German Ideology especially neo-Kantianism and learned ancient Greek to read Plato. In my early twenties, one day I came to know my knowledge was rubbish, and useless to save my own mind. Then I began to read books on psychology, spiritualism and new rising religions. I spent several years for them. And at last I reach the teachings of Master Okawa Ryuho. But It took me about five years till I joined Kofuku-no-Kagaku.

Can someone tell me anything about the earth and its inhabitants moving into the fifth dimension in the year 2012 and if this has anything to do with the paladians....? |
In next one thousand years, human race will reincarnate between
the other world and the third dimension on earth. And the Great
Saviours and angels will be sent by Buddha(God) and they will
preach Gospel. In accordance with the development of scientific
technology, we human being will be able to construct the bases
on the moon, and some of us may live on the moon, as if today
Russian astronauts are in a spaceship. Basically we will train
our souls the realm of earth in future.

When you self reflect daily do you reflect on one thing at a time? For example, would I reflect on right seeing everyday until I have mastered it and then move on to right thought and so on until I one day reach right meditation? |
The important thing when you reflect on yourself is to search the cause deeply and find out the tendency of your soul. I suppose you may mean one thing is one of eight paths 'right seeing, thought, speech, action, living, effort, will and meditation'. I think each one has links to each other. When we actually reflect on ourselves, sometimes it is difficult to distinguish each one from each other explain distinctively, as I show you below. So when we reflect on something happened, we think it over and over from various kinds of aspects.
When we take account of the eightfold path we should make it a rule to make our mind calm for 10-15 minutes every day. Then we will be able to become contemplative.
|
What do you think or visualize when you are meditating? |
I usually visualize beautiful landscape or sae, sky, space. I think it is OK whatever you visualize or not.
|
I decided to ask you what are your views on the meaning of "Love at First Sight", because It's quite possible thatI have experienced it but I'm not really sure, So I'd like to know what you think of this concept. |
Love is above all a matter of giving. Master Ryuho Okawa preaches in the book "The laws of the sun "; To love is not to take God's(Buddha's) gift and keep it to oneself, but to share it with others. God's love is infinite, so no matter how much we may give to other people it will never run out. True love is a love that gives. Sometimes we are actually in pain because of love. In most cases, it is when we feel that other people do not love us as much as we think they should. True love expects nothing in return. The more we love others, the closer we become to God. We should start by giving. We should think and do what makes others happy through love.

If we contribute some money to Buddha(God) for our prayers, will we have our prayers answered? |
|
You cannot bargain with Buddha for an answer to your prayer. Buddha does not answer to your prayer, only because you contribute a large sum of money. As you probably know, Martin Luther denied indulgences in Christianity in the 16th century. In the same way in Buddhism, you cannot bargain with Buddha for an answer to your prayer. It is not right to think either that you believe in Buddha, only if your prayers are answered. Buddha answers to your prayer, only if the answer helps your grow spiritually or the granted answer makes you more able to love others and contribute more to the world. In other words, when you beg for something in compensation for your donation, you do not actually contribute, but want to buy grace from Buddha. You should not ask for anything in return for the donation you made. If you pray for the sake of other's happiness with an unselfish mind, Buddha will answer your prayer. But if you pray only to fulfill your own selfish desire, Buddha will not hear your prayer, but the evil spirits will...... When you pray, you should examine, whether your mind and prayer are rightful or not. Needless to say, if you do not believe in God, your prayers will not be answered. In short, we should examine whether we are qualified to pray to Buddha(God) or not. The answer depends on our religious faith and your conduct.

I am doing a presentation on Utopian Societies. I have to give examples of two societies with Utopian values. If you can suggest any references on this subject it would be greatly appreciated. |
|
Your asking is a very good question for me, because if I could design a utopia society or exemplify a utopia society in history, I would have already done on my web site. I suppose it is very difficult to suggest examples of two definite societies with Utopian values in history. Generally speaking, it is easy to point out what is bad and wrong, but it is not easy to point out something good. In some cases, it is not easy to distinguish tyrants from heroes in history. Was Alexander the Great a tyrant or a hero or a good king? Many people think that whether a society is worth utopia or not depends on political and economical administration system. But I think whether a society is worth utopia or not depends on each person's mind. If each person lives with a sense of well-being and reveres God, the society will be utopia. That is the one we aim as a utopia. Nowadays, those who discuss utopia should take the whole world into consideration. Because the world is becoming smaller and smaller in accordance with development of technology. We share responsibility for the planet Earth. When Berlin Wall fell down, the age of military rivalry passed away and the age of economic rival has come, and now the age of cultural rival is coming. We should struggle to create a higher level of culture. I am sorry I cannot show you a definite utopia society, but I think it is our job for next century. |
I would like your opinion of hand healings or that kinds of natural healing methods, please. |
|
I have no intention of denying that hand healings have a certain power that affects our body, but I think it is sometime dangerous, because that acts attract spirits that sympathize your spiritual vibration. We can divide hand healing into two groups. One is connection to the minor heaven, and the other is connection to hell. As for the former group, healers get their power from the minor heaven. The other world is divided not only into two realms 'heaven and hell', but also into many realms like a honeycomb. A certain realm of heaven is called the minor heaven. In the minor heaven there are habitants who are eager to improve their psychic power and compete with other spirits to show off their power. They are not evil spirits but are not eager to live for the sake of others with love in their minds. They often help healers for their complacency. As for the latter group, healer are possessed by evil spirits, and the healer exchange those evil spirits with their patients or believers. So the healer's power comes from hell. Evil spirits often affect our body, but many of believers accept it with thanks. Even though the believers get sick, they tend to think they are in process of getting better. Those who practice hand healings tend to have no interest in teachings of mind, because they think that teaching and Dharma are too formal and hard to practice and control their minds. Any way, I can not find any teachings of mind in hand healings. But I believe that we need teachings of mind to cultivate our character. In order to save human souls, we need to know how to train our mind and cultivate our character. I think happiness depends on relationship with others. I would not be happy, if I got a psychic power. Because no psychic power will help me to cultivate my character, or improve relationship with others and my enlightenment.
