- All the people of Mu should live in a spirit of love and compassion, as if enfolded within the light of the sun - their love and compassion should be visible in the way the hearts of others were filled with light.
- All people should strive to improve themselves - not solely in the arts or in academic learning or in the martial arts, but above all in spiritual perfection.
- God is love, and as children of God all people have love within their hearts.
- To practice love, first love God, then love your neighbor who is a part of God, and finally love God's servant - that is, yourself.
- Every day, pray quietly on your own and converse with your guardian and guiding spirits
- Human love is measured by the quality, not the quantity, of love you give - so improve the quality of your love.
