We invite the public throughout Japan to join the art contest in order to find artists with disabilities and present their works to the society.
The works are entrusted in us for presentation at art festivals. There are also opportunities for use of these works in other media such as book covers or CD jackets.
There is no need for reasons or knowledge to feel really moved.
The moment you see a wonderful work of art, the whole body is gripped by it, and shakes with force of life. The heart throbs, communicating with the artist's emotions.
We believe that in these moments and places, "wonder art" which connects people's hearts, is born.
The works in this collection here are by people with various disabilities. "The overflow of life", lacking in existing art-culture activities that lean foward skill and commercialism, is vibrant in these works. This exhibition uncovers and sends out new talented artists to the world and hope that they will trigger the art-culture activities of people with disabilities.We do not look at their disabilities more than needed. We want to share with you the message of the works created from their everyday life.
Free yourself and your sensitivity will lead the way.
We are sure that you can see beyond the use of your eyes, with your heart.
