The 2nd anniversary of establishment IYAPOPO celebrated the 2nd anniversary of foundation on June 4, 2000. Thank you so much! To commemoration, the main characters gather from each site of IYAPOPO, and a dance party is held. ( Wow! The warship is also dancing. But is action of Duko a dance?  )   ( Pikachu(Pokemon's character) ,  Junko ,  President Iyan )   ( Yadopi ,  Nobunaga ,  Poporin ,  Hana-pyon ) ( Ran ,  Duko ) ( light cruiser AGANO )     IYAPOPO 'Ten-Year Site' project   We Iyapopo regard Web site as information distribution media like a wall newspaper, and think that continuous management of Web site is important like work of pictures. Although we can decide upon various success conditions, we are working for the purpose of continuation for ten years.   In addition, the action plan for ten years is as follows.   1 - 3 years Beginning and deployment term   It is a period until we establish a long-term activity posture from the start of Web site. We carry out construction and PR of the page positively. Two years pass since foundation and it is going to go into the last year of this period. ( Iyapopo was established in 1998 and this was written in 2000. )     4 - 8 years Strategic endurance term   It is a full-scale management period. We continuously announce our works and update pages. We will enrich the contents, as long as power continues. This period could be called true activity period of Iyapopo.     9 - 10 years Last stage and convergence term   I do not know now whether it can reach in this period. However, if it can reach to this period, I want to try various experiments adventures as we like, and end Iyapopo in 2008.
