三内丸山の食料源

　オニグルミやクリの他にヒョウタン、エゴマ等の 50種類以上の種実が低湿地から出土している。 三内丸山の縄文人は、植物性の食料に大きく依存して いたらしい。

FOODS AT SANNAI MARUYAMA

We dug up more then 50 sorts of nuts and seeds such as walnuts, chestnuts, bottle gourds and perilla ocimoides in marshes. Apparently Jomon People at Sannai Maruyama depended greatly upon vegetable foods.
