クリの木は栽培されていた 　青森市の山では、結構クリの木を見かける。 三内丸山びとは、クリを栽培していたというが、 秋に収穫して、どのように調理や保存を行っていたのだろうか。	Chestnut Trees widely Cultivated We find many chestnut trees in the hills and mountains in Aomori city. It's said that people in Sannai Maruyama in ancient times grew chestnut trees. I wonder how they cooked and stored chestnuts after harvest in autumn.
