三内丸山(6)遺跡からクマの土製品出土

　三内丸山遺跡今年度の発掘調査が６月に始まった。 (6)遺跡からは全国でも数例しかないクマの土製品（約6.5cm・縄文時代後期） が出土した。

Clay Bear Unearthed at Sannai-Maruyama (6)

In June, excavation work for the current fiscal year began. At the Sannai-Maruyama (6) site, a clay figure in the shape of a bear, about 6.5cm long, from the 5th Jomon period (4,000-3,000 years ago), was discovered. While many animal figures have been found nationwide, only a few depicting bears are known to exist.
