Takuma Amano   Takuma Amano has more than 25 years experience in investment banking, starting as corporate finance specialist with a US investment bank in New York after graduating from Harvard Business School, in Tokyo for Japanese corporate financing, and in London as syndicate manager for a Japanese securities company. During 1980's, as the first derivative head of Yamaichi Securities, developed derivative related new products. As MD for a joint operation between CSFB and First Boston, developed a private placement market for non-Japanese borrowers in Japan and Japan-type cross-currency interest rate swaps. Then as senior advisor to Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, managed Saudi Arabia's huge foreign currency reserves prior to and during the Gulf War period. In the middle of 1990's, as MD of Swiss Banking Corporation, restructured its investment banking business in Tokyo to respond to the after-bubble market. Then he restructured the US business of CSK Corporation, largest computer software and service company in Japan.
In 1997,started Tandem Advisors LLC.

Hiroshi Tamiya   Hiroshi Tamiya is a former senior banker at Sanwa Bank and at Towa Securities. He has 30-year experience in commercial and merchant banking and 10-year experience in investment banking. Developed merchant banking capabilities at Sanwa Bank and arranged several cross-border M&A deals, including NTN's acquisition of Federal Mogul and Fujisawa Pharmaceutical's acquisition of LifoMed. As a board member of Yamashita Shipping Line, was responsible for restructuring its business in late 1980's.

Ei-ichi Tomaru   Ei-ichi Tomaru is Amano's former colleague at Swiss Bank Corporation in Japan and is an expert on administration of non-Japanese financial institutions in Japan. He has 27-years experience at Sumitomo Trust & Banking and an extensive and intensive experience of merging foreign financial institutions in Japan, first between SBC and S.G. Warburg, and then with LTCB's investment banking area and with the former SBC ( now UBS) in Japan.
  He is also an expert in Compliance job, which is of growing importance for corprate governance.
