The Warr Guitar is a new instrument built by Mark Warr, who lives in California
and is also a fireman.It
has 8 or 12 strings. Mine is 12-stringed. Mainly with 6 strings of the
right hand part you play melody and with the other 6 strings of the left
hand part you play bass line. Playing the Warr Guitar, you can use your
favorite techniques.Usually you will tap.

Pegs are Sperzel Locking Tuners. These are designed to keep strings in
tune longer by keeping string stretch toa minimum while enhancing sustain.
This neck is a 7-piece hardwood laminate. And this instrument has 2 adjustable
truss rods for very accrate set-ups.
These works are great!
When playing
this instrument, you often use tapping technique. To mute strings while
playing with two hands, muting pads are provided.
Tuning I use is ( Left to Right) B,E,A,D,G,C(lowest),C#,F#,B,E,A,D(highest). This
tuning is usually called standard tuning.

instrument has 4 pick-ups. 2 pick-ups are on melody side. The others are
on bass side. And this has 18-volt active Bartolini electronics.
As mentioned already, this is installed Roland GK-2A on melody side.
Bridge is a fully adjustable Wilkinson bridge. This is versatile bridge
can be adjusted in height and intonation without removing strings.

My instrument
use 2 batteries, but it does not have batterycase.Batteries have to be
fixed by the cotton tape on thebody.I think this should be improved. Hey
Mark, batteries with cotton tape are not sold in Japan.
