The students had found the links that used to be here; this list was the product of a class search for related sites. Many of those resources are now unavailable and have been removed. Be sure to check out the page of the earliest-learned kanji, with links to how to write it, as well as examples of pictographs which show the pictures of objects believed to be the origin of some of the kanji characters.
