The Tokyo Pipe Band
The Tokyo Pipe Band has performed at Celtic Festival Japan since the vert first festival in 1992 and is comprised of mainly Japanese members.
The TPB performs throughout Japan and occasionally in Hong Kong. In 1995, the TPB played for the first time at the Interceltic Festival in Lorient, France, and were well received there.
