THE TOKYO RYUTSU CENTER.
This is the fourth time that the Tokyo Ruytsu Center has been used
to host Celtic Festival Japan.
The Ryutsu Center is situated less than a minute's walk from Ryutsu
Station which is on the Hameda Monorail. The Haneda Monorial can be
accessed from Hammatsuchou Station which is on the Yamanote line, (Tokyo's
Loop line). Ryustu Station is the third stop from Hammatsuchou station.
