Rules of Payment
we usually ask you to observe

Translation

We usually ask clients to pay the fee before delivery of job results.

This rule does not apply to the clients who have maintained business transactions with us for more than six months and those who have signed a business contract with us.

Payment for translation job should be made to the ordinary bank deposit account No.3382084 opened in the name of INOUE HON'YAKU JIMUSHO (Japanese name for INOUE TRANSLATION OFFICE) at Yokohama Branch (branch No.588) of Mitsui-Sumitomo Bank.

After the payment, you have only to send us by fax or by email a copy of the document issued by the inpayment bank that testifies your payment. Upon receipt of such a document, we will transmit the result of translation to the address you specified.

Interpretation

We will ask you to pay the fee at the end of the job to the interpreter in charge.

If you wish to know our job quality before placing an order...

If you wish to check the quality of our job for some reasons, we will send you a part of the result of translation by email prior to actual order. Then you can verify it and decide whether you will place an order with us. This service is available without charge if the total number of pages of the target-document exceeds 10.

The volume of such trial translation shall not exceed 200 words (for English, French, and German) or 400 characters (for Chinese, Korean, and Japanese). INOUE TRANSLATION OFFICE reserves the right to choose what part of the document is translated as trial and how many words are translated.
