Bali Dance classes will be taught by experienced Balinese teachers. Details to be announced later.
Led primary series class: Suitable for all levels.
Mysore practice: Self paced practice with guidance and assistance by the teacher. Suitable for all levels.
Breathing: Basic pranayama style breathing exercises to improve concentration and ujayi breathing.
Meditation: Introduction to meditation practice.
Technique class: Focuses on details concerning the poses, vinyasa and ujayi breathing.
