Welcome to Japan Pipefest 2008! We are the TLC Ladies for the Japan Pipefest 2008, Lindsay Kawai & Noriko Watanabe, from The Ramsay Pipeband, Osaka, Japan. We are both looking forward to meeting you in person in October. To help us do our job better, we would like you to fill in the attached form and send it back to us.

Hotels

We have booked the "Osaka Plaza Hotel" from 11-15 October. The prices are 8,400yen per person, if two or three people share a room, and 9,450 yen for a single room (including breakfast). If more than 90 people stay at the hotel, the price will be reduced slightly for the Saturday night and, depending on the numbers, possibly even for other nights. We will book the "Toyoko Inn" in Kobe for the 16-20 October. The prices are 5,460 yen per room for a single room and 7,875 yen for a twin but does NOT include breakfast.

How to Book

Please send us the following information: Check in date, Check out date, Full name, etc. There is also an application slip marked "hotel" in the questionaire file. Please fill that in too. Remember it will be a case of, first come, first served. Please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. If there is any information that we have not covered, and that you would like to have, please send us an e-mail and we will help if we can.
