Why should volunteers volunteer?

Firstly it is an excellent opportunity to practice language. English is used around the world but when learning English a student almost always learns from native speakers. This does not equip them to speak to non-native speakers of English. It will be a challenge to talk to and listen to the English spoken by so many non-native speakers. It is also a unique event. Never before held in Japan. Perhaps never again.We need volunteers to:- Help to take participants to their destinations, to march with the bands and collect for charity, to seek sponsors, to spread the word to the schools, find free/cheap food/accommodation/transportation and to solicit events

Due to summer holidays and the fact that The Ramsay Pipeband will be participating in The Canadian Pipefest, and summer holidays, we will not be able to answer questions during July and August.
