The nearest airport to pipefest is Kansai airport（KIX).
Transportation to the city from the airport
If we can get Pipefest members arriving on the same day we
will try to arrange for a member from the Ramsay Pipeband
to meet everybody with a chartered bus which should lessen
the cost for everybody. To enable this tohappen we need to
keep track of dates and hotels for everybody, please keep
notifying us of any changes, as I am sure there will be many.
We are hoping for the Pipefest to kick off
in Osaka (12th) and finish in Kobe(19th). We have a volunteer
looking for cheap accommodation and we will share that information
with you as soon as we ourselves have confirmation.

The bus stop is on the ground floor which is the same floor
as international arrivals. Please buy your ticket BEFORE boarding
the bus. There are ticket machines on the outside wall of the
main building.

If you are not staying at the Hilton Osaka、the ANA Hotel、the
Osaka Hotel、the Ramada Osaka、or the Westin Hotel Osaka you should
get off the bus at Hotel New Hankyu which is the last stop.
