Although The Cure appeared on its cover, it had no article of The Cure but the results of "Fool's Mate Readers' Poll in 1985". The Cure won the first prize in Best Group in that year! And also "Inbetween Days" won the first prize in Best Single; Robert, the first prize in Best Musician; and "The Head On The Door", the second prize in Best Album. The magazine was somewhat minor though... I don't want to admit that, but it might be the golden age that The Cure was the most popular here in Japan. |
